The room here is a good size and well-organized. It has a small kitchen, a comfy bed, and a decent-sized bathroom—all for only US$ 77! 🛏️

The location was fantastic, right by CHAPEL HILL, NC, and a big shopping center with a Super Target. Durham Academy was conveniently 2 miles away from the hotel. - the breakfast was delicious and included a wide range of food options.

Location was very convenient to the Reunion attended by me @ Duke University. The staff were polite & friendly. Parking was more than adequate. Coffee provided with breakfast was robust and flavorful.

Handle above bathtub was loose at both ends creating a hazard for anyone using it to arise from tub. Breakfast didn't include juice or cold cereal, both of which I would have preferred to granola bars and hot cereal. Lack of staircase serving central portion of building necessitated use of elevator (which, however, functioned very well).

The hotel was absolutely great and excellent, however I stayed for 1 night only.

There is a nice variety of quality hot breakfast choices here.
